Lee Frame

PPC Director

Lee is an experienced PPC director with a proven track record for delivering strategic positioning and growth at both top & bottom line level. A strategic thinker; Lee is highly analytical and results-orientated with a broad experience across digital marketing. He is able to quickly evaluate performance and troubleshoot issues together with different disciplines to deliver a high standard of work. Lee loves an exotic getaway, playing football, and is partial to a Peroni or two on the weekends.

Claire Crompton

Commercial Director

Claire's passion for communication is one of the reasons she co-founded The Audit Lab in 2017. Her commercial focus and appetite to deliver consistent online results for all clients is central to her day-to-day role. Claire ensures the team and clients are working as effectively as possible so the commercial goals are always met. She prioritises company culture over everything else, making sure The Audit Lab is a thriving and wonderful place to work.

Nick Boyle

SEO Director

Nick began his career focusing on content optimisation, but soon progressed to focusing on over-arching acquisition and growth strategies across the digital mix. Having led a range of award-winning campaigns for both local and national clients, Nick is best positioned to deliver results-focused strategies for our clients here at The Audit Lab. Nick is partial to a funky shirt, a whiskey, and terrible (or so some say) dad jokes.

Anthony Kelly

Technical SEO Manager

Anthony joined The Audit Lab in 2019. Having joined with no previous digital marketing experience, he grafted away and learned the nuances of tech SEO out in the field. Now he leads the auditing of clients' websites, implementing changes to improve performance and looking for gaps where changes can be made for the better.

Dami Sadiq

Web Development Manager

In a previous life, Dami worked as a software developer for more than three years. He's now the web development manager here at The Audit Lab where he creates websites from scratch, maintains existing sites to ensure they are safe and secure, and works closely with clients to ensure their website best represents their business. If he's not watching or playing the beautiful game, you can usually find Dami with his nearest and dearest.

Darcy Hutchinson

Content Executive

Darcy joined The Audit Lab fresh out of university after studying English Language & Literature at UoM. She landed in the content team where she now spends her time researching and generating ideas for editorial content, and then produces in-depth pieces for a number of our clients. A bit of a music addict, Darcy enjoys going to music festivals and events, gigs and the occasional night out.

Harriet Beardsworth

Senior PPC Executive

Harriet Joined the PPC team 2 years ago and hit the ground running, she has fast-tracked through the ranks due to her passion for PPC. At the moment, you'll find Harriet getting her teeth into a project and learning everything she can from the PPC whizzes around her. When she's not buried in numbers, Harriet enjoys brunching and cuddles with her dog, Frank.

Helen Crompton

Head of PPC

Helen has over 10 years' experience in PPC starting her PPC Career at AO.com, starting as a junior and rising through the ranks. She has worked both in-house and agency side, working on a variety of clients, managing budgets from £500 to £1m per month, and has extensive knowledge across search, shopping, display & remarketing. In her own time, she likes spending time with family and friends and will never pass up on a bottomless brunch.

Josh Wilkinson

Reactive Digital PR Executive

Josh's background in screenwriting gives him a number of skills that lend themselves perfectly to a career in reactive PR and newsjacking. He spends his day combing through the journalist enquiries that land in his inbox to help gain coverage for our clients, as well as keeping an eye out for news that clients could comment on, and putting together press releases to engage with the public and spread brand awareness. With his headphones usually playing alt rock music, Josh can also be found working on his own writing projects and playing a spot of Pokémon.

Kane Gillard

Account Manager

Kane has four years of marketing experience under his belt, having also dabbled in SEO, digital PR, and paid social media. After a stint in Manchester agencies working with clients of all sizes in a variety of industries, Kane has joined The Audit Lab as an Account Manager. A real numbers guy, he loves digging into data to see what insights we can discover to go above and beyond to help clients achieve their goals. Away from his desk, Kane admits to being addicted to all sports; he's a runner and avid skier, although still partial to a pint at the pub. You'll also occasionally catch him sat at the piano.

Luke Harling

Head of Client Services

Luke started his career nine years ago and has gained experience working in marketing agencies in London and Manchester, working on a variety of local and international clients. In this time, he discovered his passion for working with clients to help deliver success on their campaigns, whilst making their experience as seamless as possible by becoming an extension of their internal team. Over the past five years, Luke has been working in specialist digital agencies - the area of marketing he enjoys the most. Outside of work, you'll probably find Luke watching sports of any kind, or spending quality time with his family.

Matt Hoy

Senior PPC Executive

Matt started as a junior at The Audit Lab and learned the ropes on the job under Lee. Now he works on a multitude of our client accounts, on tasks ranging from account builds and keyword research through to writing optimised ad copy. Matt considers himself a Wigan Athletics fan, and is rather handy with a dart.

Megan Boyle

Head of Content Marketing

Megan started her copywriting career back in 2009, and hasn’t looked back. Over the years, she has developed a strong reputation for delivering engaging and optimised content for any and all clients. Whether that’s a full website, a white paper or a blog post, Megan’s instinctive knack for the written word allows her to turn her hand to any style. Happiest when wearing black, Megan enjoys a well-made Bramble cocktail, good eyebrows, and a playlist full of My Chemical Romance.

Meghan Glover

Content Strategy Executive

Meghan joined the content marketing team in 2022. A real go-getter, Meghan joined part-time whilst still finishing her degree at MMU, and then jumped straight into full-time work after graduation. With some previous freelance experience under her belt, Meghan was thrown straight into the deep end of content strategy, where she now develops her writing and strategy skills on a variety of clients. When not at work, Meghan can be found binge-watching a new TV series or down at the bowling alley.

Ollie Stell

Senior Digital PR Executive

Ollie's marketing career started eight years ago with an apprenticeship in digital marketing and PR in-house at AO.com. He joined The Audit Lab's digital PR team in 2022 and spends his time concentrating on building great campaigns for our clients - from conducting surveys, scraping data and writing snappy press releases. Outside of work you’ll usually find Ollie in the gym, out for food, or spending time with his dog, Duke.

William Hilton

Senior PPC Executive

Will has 5 years' experience in both Social Media and PPC, he has worked in-house and agency side. Will has worked with a wide-range of clients from local businesses to international brands. In his spare time, you'll find Will having a pint in his local or on the lookout for his next Lego set.
